Default White spots on the photographs - Kodak CX 6330

I have recently bought a Kodak CX 6330. Pictures turn out great when I am not using a flash. But when using a flash I have these spots that seem to appear all over the photgraph. Take a look at these photographs.
I have circled the first photograph in the place where there are white spots (used red eye reduction mode), and the second one the spots can be seen very clearly all over the photograph(no red eye reduction mode).

It would be great help if anyone could figure out the reason as to why do these spots appear on the use of flash.
