Default Kodak 6330 Problem

Tried to get our camera dock to work. The lights came on and the battery showed that it had charged up but it wouldn't transfer pictures to the computer.
When I take off the dock, the camera won't turn on and when it goes back on the dock, the battery shows uncharged and of course the camera will not turn on when on the dock. I bought 2 new lithium batteries and installed them and the camera still does't work. It hasn't worked since the original batteries went dead.
Any ideas to resolve this?

Hi Johnny

Sorry to hear about your camera/dock problems. I'm assuming you read the section in your camera manual that gives you "trouble-shooting" steps to take when things don't go right. Did you do that and still no solution?

Well... if the communication between the camera and the computer is still not working then your best solution is to visit Kodak's online help at: www.kodak.com/go/camerasupport

I hope you can resolve this.
