Default POP UP`S

Can anyone tell me how to put "pop ups" ( text in a circle above someones head) into a photo,,,I have adobe photoshop 7.0,elements 2.0 and CS 8.0 ,and do not see this as an option,,,is there a small program available to do just this ????? I have a DX6490 and like to e-mail photos,,,would be a nice option to put text above someone when you catch them doing something they shouldn`t be,,,

What you are actually looking for is Clipart of a cartoon balloon.

You can free draw it by selecting the oval selection tool, next using the line selection tool add to the existing selection a triangle that has the point over the person you want and the base overlapping the oval shape. Bucket Fill the selected area with white. Then using the text tool add in the text.

If you want a fancier cloud like balloon get a jpeg of an existing cartoon then select a balloon you like, select and copy it to the picture you want. Bucket fill and add your own text.

If you are really lazy look for one of the clipart collections.
