I have a new Quantaray 6600 flash for my Minolta Dimage A200 and was wondering what settings I should use for capturing pictures of high school wrestling matches that are in a gym.

Hi Jackj, welcome to the forum (and sorry no one has got back to you yet however it looks as if this has been moved and then didn't get picked up).

I have not had a chance to play with this flash however having looked at the spec I would set a zoom setting to match the focal length you are using (in 35mm equivalent) so you get good coverage without wasting any of the beam. The camera has TTL so that should sort out the exposure. I would go for manual settings of something between 1/250th and 1/400th at f3.5 (I think that is how wide your aperture will go at full zoom). The flash should be bright enough to cover these settings however I'm not sure if it has a High Speed Sync which could be the only downside but give these a go.
