Default NEW MINOLTA D-SLR DIMAGE A1 ***D-SLR*** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry, minolta does not have a d-slr this is a test to see how many hits i can get from me saying this

Their marketing people love to call their cameras dSLR's. That started with the DiMAGE 5 and 7 several years ago. I have a problem with the use of SLR as the "R" means reflex - as in mirror, and we know they don't have one of those. Oh well, marketing guys are not the sharpest folks on the block...

In the DiMAGE A1 press release it is called a "SLR-like" camera because of the EVF working through the lens. Close I guess...
