I am afraid I can't help you with it, but I would be interested in hearing if and where you do find it. Is it the factory adjusment software for the camera?

Sony assigned new part numbers to some of the repair CDs. They're probably lost in warehouses somewhere now. ;-)

These are not normally made available to the public. But, here is where someone in the U.S. had the service software for the Maxxum 5D and 7D (the 2180 and 2186 adjustment programs) a while back. The links are no longer valid. For example, here is a link to where the 2186 adjustment program CD was available:

I had saved some info about the adjustment programs in a text file on my PC, and it looks like I found the above link working in January 2007.

You may want to send them an e-mail asking about the 2778 adjustment program CD you're trying to find. They may have a cross reference table somewhere for the new Sony Part number.
