Default Z2 - Display-Mode Switch - Corrected?

Does anyone know if the Display-Mode Switch (LCD to Viewfinder)
that has plagued many Z1s has been addressed by Minolta with the Z2?

I didn't know it was a problem. Mine works just fine.

Since the Z2 looks and appears to operate just like the Z1 any changes would not be apparent without looking at its innards. If Minolta did indeed make any changes for reliability reasons I'll bet they will never admit it!

I've read about a few people having issues with the mirror thingamajiggy in the Z1, but I've never had a problem with mine. Of course, I almost never use it. The LCD screen is so bright and clear, I just got in to the habit of using it almost all the time.

I usually use the viewfinder, both to take pics and review pics, in part because of the concerns I had in reading reviews. Seems to work for me, especially when it's bright out.
