I recently bought the Z2. I have the camera set to continuous autofocus. There is another setting below this which is Full-time AF - On/Off. What is the difference between on and off? I can't see any difference.

If the camera is set to continuous autofocus, then it will contunie to autofocus after you have pressed the shutter release half way down (If you are taking a picture of a car comming towards you it will it will remaine in focus)
When the camera is set to Full-time AF, it will try to focus all the time - eventhough you have not pressed the shutter release (that mean that autofocus time is way shorte). try to point the camera something and then move it to another object, and you will see that the camera will focus, without you pressing the shutter release - and then try to turn the full-time AF off and do the same thing.. Hope it helped you :-) /Johnny |
