To all Minolta A200 owners; How does the A200 perform in low-light conditions? I am looking for a digicam that will provide great results in this type of scenario (e.g. people pics in a dimly-lit restaurant). Will the A200 performance improve with the use of a Minolta 2500D external flash?

I've no first hand experience but my dealer said that during tests it focused in next to darkness; this is a view that is not necessarily shared by all.

There have been comments that it's telephoto low light focusing is slow.

try sony F717 , which is best for low light performance

it doesnt need any flash for dim lit photography
