Does anyone know if the Z1/Z2/Z10 cameras have any remote capabilities built into them at all? I'm thinking there must be an API for the internal functions of the camera. Minolta has a Minolta Capture SDK that can be used to develop the appropriate software. Even the simplest actions such as snapping a picture would be cool so then you could at least do time lapse photography, even if you have to set it up manually.

AFAIK, only the DiMAGE A1 and A2 models have the ability to be controlled via USB.
