No matter if i take all my photos in hi res (8.0 mp, extra fine), all the photos are in 72 dpi? somebody can tell me why???

That's because it's common resolution (smallest pixel size) what screens can show... so as you see that's quite much lower than what's used in printing where 250/300dpi is commonly used.

That value itself doesn't affeect to content of image in any way.

Yep. You could think of 72 dpi as "viewing resolution," and the size you decide to print will determine the "printing resolution."
