I need help,so does my camera,it won't turn on,red lite comes on then go's off,tried new battery no help thanks gary

It looks easy, I've called those guys they don't fix cameras,I have spent hour on line & can't fine anybody to fix my camera,kyocera has a deal with sl400r cameras they will repair them free until 2010. I guess there junk,I read this in the newspaper,I tried to find info on that with no luck,tried kyocera web site& many more. thanks gary

The "Wrong" info came directly off Kyoceraimaging.com! If they can't get it right then who can?

Iassume in yourphoning/emailing efforts, you may well have asked Kyoceraimaging who the correct service agent is for Kyocera cameras in the USA. What did they say? I'm sure they would have been most interested to hear from you that their information was "wrong" and be given an opportunity to correct it.

It also surprises me that if you have been in touch with the above company (PanurgyOEM)they did not give you the correct contact ... as I'm sure you will not have been the first to contact them with a repair request for a Kyocera camera (given that their service is broadcast to all on the Kyoceraimaging page I got it from).

Let us all know what you have found out, you could benefit someone else with the info.

Is this an error, or the hidden truth. I would like to get mine fixed for free as I was quoted £100 recently to fix mine.
