Hello toshi43,

I love your idea with the colours and subtle rain drops. Actually I think thisphoto has a lot of potential. Maybe it is my monitor (or my eyes) but I thought your photo lacked a bit of "punch".

So I adjusted some things (levels, saturation, contast and sharpening) to produce another result. Hope this is ok...

What do you think? thanks for sharing, and I hope it was ok to edit your photo and repost here... Let me know.

Paul

Hi, Paul.
Thanks so much for taking an interest in my pic. When you see the two side-by-side, your edit definitely has more 'punch' and looks a bit more life-like than my original. Adjusting the in-camera saturation and sharpness settings might give me better results with pics like this.

Toshi43,

Glad you enjoyed me edit on your pic. I'm not sure if I overdid the colours just a bit... BUT yes, I think it needed a bit more "punch". Glad you said that it looks more "life-like".. that was my purpose.

Have a good weekend!

Paul

Pretty sharp and that´s good. The drops opened another dimension to the message of your picture!
