hi I checked the levels in cs and as I thought there was to much contrast in the photo the histogram was all in the middle, but a really nice photo.

hi alex..........its a twin exposure shot..........one exposed for buildings and one for rainbow then blended and curves adjusted...and merged.........that prob plays havoc with them, i know when i have looked back at curves sometimes the are all broken and not the same

Very well done! I've only tried that sort of stuff once, but didn't get nearly as nice a result.
