I drive down this road everyday on the way home from work. This was taken last summer on one of our evening walks. It's a rather plain photo but for some reason I like it, might be the clouds.

That's exactly what I like about it too. It plain, good ol' Americana. I have never been to Indiana, but when I close my eyes and imagine what it might look like, I see your picture in my head. The clouds definately add richness and the B&W treatment is perfect.....again. Nice work.

Thank you Steve! I like your Americana description,I think that fits here. I love b/w landscapes, to me they just have more feeling to them. Especially to folks like us that have more white hair than our original color. :GI remember when every thing was b/w.

It seems that everything is very tidy, neat and in peace. Just like it is more often in B&W days.

Actually, the clouds are a treat for the beholder...And what is more, below those clouds, the striking perspective the road and thestrip oflawn besideit addto the whole image does notgo unnoticed either!

LOL! So does mine:GIn this regard, Steve's serves as a roof for the mistreated hubbies as well:blah:
