Barbarian, that's another meditative image from you

I very much liked the diagonal composition here. Still, I think removing some noise without having to lose detailwould be fine.

Barbarian,

Very pleasing photo (as well as noise reduction) The sharpness is of course right where it must be, on the red pistils. Nice bokeh

Yep. Thank you, Bahadir. I looked at it this morning, and couldn't see the difference in your edit and my original. So I figured either I need new glasses or a new monitor.

Turns out the monitor had gone a bit fuzzy on me. Out with the CRT, in with an LCD. And now I see.

God only knows what I've been putting up here since that happened. I dread going back to look, but I guess I will.

No worries Barbarian! They have been inspiring so far : ) At least , you can read it in the replies I sent!

Meanwhile, I should saythatif one does not criticize when necessary,

then, to what extend could his/her praise be worthy?

Still, it's sometimes hard to guess how people may react for the things they find for free ; )
