this shot was a real pain to sort out due to distortion of wide angle lens, very very hard to get bridge to look correct when stitching images, its a different angle to what people normaly shoot of it so the work was worth it.

its one of two bridges that link Wales to the island of Anglesey across the menai straights, a fast flowing tidal race, the sun was setting up river behind it lighting the arches quite nicely

amazing work, how many images are stitched and how many photos did you take to get it right?

wrams..........cheers dude :-)

dumfriesdick...........its 3 pics, i knew in my head how i wanted it to look when all stiched up, had to use wider angle lens than i wanted due to buildings been in the way, 50mm is not bad for joining up, as u go less it gets more distorted, so did stitching manualy in photoshop useing many methords till i was happy with the line of the bridge.

only had the 3 shots to play with so had to make it work !

sun was about 30 mins from setting giving the nice light under the arches

Great subject matter for a stitchwork! Very good timing to shoot so as to catch the evening lights hitting the masonry architecture! All masterly stitched together as one
