This was two opportunity shots I took with my old Sony Mavica 1.5mp camera and stitched together, (althought I've now graduated to a 6.5mp dslr). What is a good stitcher program, I've tried many but find them lacking in one area or another.

nice shot but i think u ma have tweaked it too far as its very pixelated in the bottom left area.

regarding the stitching software, i do all mine by hand in photoshop, i tried most auto software but never found one that was smart enough.

my panoramice get printed out at nearly 3 foot long so they need to be spot on to stand up to close examination.

check my handy work on my site, see if u can see any joins :-) addy it my avatar

That's a great image you acquired thanks to your tasteful composition and eye pleasing colours

I think that's a kind of image which doesn't necessarily be sharp. Thus, I applied some anti-noise setting on it just out of my appreciaton on the original! Hope you don't mind : )
