Simple photo whilst walking in my lunchtime paradise. Shot with my Fuji S6000fd, RAW, ISO 200, 1/210s, somewhere around a 180mm zoom. I apologize for the small, overly-compressed image...

It's a pleasant thing to see how nature and photographer work together. Nice to have such a place to visit during lunchtime.

2500 ft above city level? The pines in this particular shot are at about 900 ft above sea level. Of course, the northeastern portion of the US is noted for its pine forests.

JDar, I am indeed lucky to have a lovely, somewhat isolated place to visit on my lunch break.

EDIT 6/8: replaced the original, highly compressed image with one linked from my Smugmug gallery. Much better! I found the level of detail captured by the camera impressive, and the DOF the Hercules mentioned created by the zoom factor.
