What clear water & cool formations, Torgny! The rocks remind meof those I saw in the Burren in Ireland...very old & well rounded!

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks. This is part of a picture of one of them, I think, a day with moderate wind. They are enormous in size

That first photograph is quite remarkable.

After reading so many complaints from people about wind turbines ruining landscapes, the thing that struck me about it was that when I imagined the scene without the wind turbines, I thought that without them, the scene would be a lot less attractive.

So I removed them (see the picture below) to see if I still thought so - and I still do. I think the turbines make the scene look really attractive.

Congratulations,Torgny!

Herb

Thank you for viewing and commenting. I am very happy that you like the picture. To me and many other environmentalists the wind power plants, "planted" at the right locations, can be really beautiful. Someone called them "friendly monsters", meaning so well.

Thanks for your effort, cloning out so we can compare.

I think they are beautiful and furthermore they can save us. Estethical values come from ethical values, not the other way around. My purpose is to show that ....

...oh, I hope you´ll see

I´ll post some more pictures from my bio power folder. I didn´t intend to create yet another multi picture thread but I really want to show these pictures. The purpose is stated above (smile)

I hope I can make it

Excuse the quality of the pictures. Perhaps the quantity can make up for it
