These shots were taken on my recent trip to Alaska. The first two were taken in Anchorage and the last onefrom the Inside Passage while cruising home.

The sunset colors are spectacular. No shortage of photo-ops on that trip, I bet.

You saved the best for last, or hopefully there are some more. I love the simple strata of shapes and colors which are clouds and trees and hills.

Therewas no thin layer of ice on the water as the temps were in the 60's. Thinkwhat you seeis possibly the reflections/shawdows from the clouds.
