I love it, great light!!

The only thing is I feel I'm about to fall off of the right of the frame as I go down the road as the horizon is not straight. It would not notice so much if the road was leading into the middle but as it is it just feels a little uncomfortable. Personally I really like the road leading away straight so would not want that changed, just the horizon.

thx Mark.....yes I did pull the horizon more straight but it affected the road so I left it the way it was..I might try to do it again just to see if I can get it right

Hi Willow!

I agree, it's a well composed shot with gorgeous deep colours both in the clouds and the tall grass on the side of the road are lovely. The band of rain moving in really adds interest. The vanishing road is a good "eye puller"...

But at the same time I have to agree with Mark, that the angle really put me off. I took the liberty of performing a quick straighten & crop on the photo and I think it's an improvement, though yes a shame we have to loose some of the edges.

Still it's a great photo...

Paul

willow1

Great picture, the clouds emptying it´s buckets over the landscape. Rainy day photo - good saturation for free
