A nicely composed image. I particulalry like the soft moodiness. You also managed well the differing lighting of the forest and open water in the background. Good job!

Thanks! Surprisingly, it didn't need much adjustment, but then the sky was overcast & I guess that kept the contrast low. The original was a bit dark, so I used either Photoshop or ACDSee (I forget which) to make it a bit lighter, and then sharpened and cropped it a bit. I find looking at it restfull so I'm using it for a while as my computer wallpaper.

Camera was a Canon A300.
