Thanks Bob, for the appreciation. Since the construction starts I hardly could contribute to the forum by comments and photos, But I'm trying to keep on reading the posts and seeing the photos. Especially the ones worth to watch like yours.

Emre.

The "Reeds of Iron" is a great shot Bahadir! The other one that is to my liking is the rebar in setting sunlight. However, the Reeds shot is excellent.

Find you a photo contest and enter that shot.

Bill

What are you doing in LA? I am up in the San Francico area.

That's so thoughtful of you, my friend..

Actually, seeing the faces of the victims's relatives in the paperwhile travellingon amunicipal bus ,I could hardly hide the tears in my eyes!

Well, everything beingquite in order; pilot seeing the runaway clearly, the weather being quite decent for landing, that wasa strangeaccident really. Naturally, there's been a varietyof theories about the crash...I guess you know that among the victims were a team of scientists who were working on a very important project regarding the promising nuclear energy source of the 21st century: Thorium, the relavively cleaner cousin of Uranium, whose byproducts cannot be used in making nuclear weapons, and which is largely found in Eski┼čehir regionin Anatolia, over 800 thousand tons placing the first in the world!
