I wasn't able to go hiking for a while... so Iwent wanderingat the constructiondesigned by a fellow member of ours: Emre, a.k.a EU :!:

Btw, it is our town's greatest to be cultural center named after the renowned Turkish composer from Izmir: Adnan Saygun http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahmet_Adnan_Saygun

Thank you for the feedback,Alex! As you have keenly noticed, actually it was sth totally new to me:!: Nervertheless,I spent an hour and half shooting about sixty pictures.

Ah, I can conclude that shooting at construction sites andarcheological sites are much different my friend: )

Thank you, musket! It alreadysounds quite promising with two concert halls, a cinema and a theater, convention rooms, workshops for artists and exhibition halls, in one of which I might exhibit my photos of the construction!! :-)

Thanks Bahadır,

for accepting to serve your ability on photographing our concert hall building. I'm sure you'd have many photographs worth to exhibit in the exhibition halls of that center.

I would share a stitchwork of mine to give an idea of the size of the construction. It is very distorted due to point of view, To reduce the distortion you will not see the constructıon in mid part of the site, but on the other hand you may see some parts of Izmir and the bay.

My pleasure, Emre! Well, you designed it and I've started photographing the progress of its making! We'll see the ends of our effortsby the end of this summerwhen the constructionis supposed to have been completed!

Matt, thank you for the encouragement! In fact,in my first session it was myselfwearinga construction helmetI foundthe mostabstract there :-)
