Haven't posted for a while but here are some shots from my last holiday down to Yorke Peninsula, South Australia. Not crowded and agood place to think about nothing but the present moment.

Steve.

G'day Steve,

Love your photos. As I've recently moved to Adelaide, South Australia - I haven't been "down" to Yorke Peninsula yet. But your photos encourage me to! Will maybe do that on a weekend soon with my wife for a nice "get-away"! :G

Out of these photos, my favourites are photos 1, 3 and 4. Is that a big gull or a small albatross? (I guess gull as your photo is gull!) Duh?!

I have been to various parts of the Fleurieu Peninsula - various neat photography opportunities there too. I didn't know they had such cliffs on Yorke Peninsula though...

Where exactly on the Yorke Peninsula were these photos taken?

Thanks for sharing... hope you're surviving the heat that we've had here?! We're in for some more hot days next week!!

Paul

Hi Paul, thanks for the comments. Photos 1-4 were taken near the Cape Spencer area which is quite close to Stenhouse Bay. You can see the Cape Spencer light house in pic. no. 2.
The Gull is I think what they call a pacific gull, they're quite large.
This area is a wonderful area for photography, head down there when you can.
