I replaced my D200 and then two weeks later my D300 arrived. I have not even turned the D300 on yet. Here is a picture I shot early in the morning.... and yes the sky was that pink.

Dear Bill, glad to hear that you've recovered yourequipment loss by the result of that terribletheft which we all cursed! As far as I remember your valuable lens wasmiraculously preserved that day! Now it sounds likeyou have two cameras; one regular and one back up!D200 by your insurance company, and D300 by your own fundperhaps?

Great shot , I like the pinkcast to it, the camera thieft is something
