k guys here are a couple more night shots i got recently i just want to know what you guys think of them

Hi xiggy.

I think in the first two shots you have got the shutter speed perfect for acheiving the light trails. My only criticsm is that aside from the light trails there is little else in the shot. What would really work is a combination of those light trails against more detailed background or foreground elements. If you are going to do this It would be worth doing it when it's a little lighter, ie you can still make out the blue of the sky, this means that there will be sufficient ambient light to illuminate other details in the shot.

On the second, shot, again you have exposed the stars really well, but the crooked horizon is really distracting. If possible it may be worth getting away from built up areas as the light pollution from the building is a little distracting.

Well done on cracking the exposure though!

yeh i know im trying to find places i can take an extended exposure with more of and object of importance in the picture, and yeh having a little blue in the sky would help the picture considerably thank you for your extreme critisism is helps me learn a lot!
