I hope you were out with the family enjoying the holiday. What great weather you had to spend it in the outdoors.

a beautiful day, certainly... unfortunately, i had to go alone. my son had to work, and my daughter is past the stage of being much interested in snow... unless it means a school closure!

Nice shots squirl, love those snow covered trees in #2. Do I detect a hint of spring in a couple of those photos, a bit of melting?

Lovely day you have had there.. a springtime is close, isn't it?

PS. I am always curious about places near Seattle, since my granddad has lived there.. in Tacoma actually.. we have never met.. he has been brought way by the WWII.. I have been missing him all my life.. He couldn't come to wisit us when the Latvia became free again because of his fragile health.. Such a sad story!

Thanks for sharing your photos!

Regards,

Irena

No snow over here. Two great images. First for it's DR (40D), shadows and the fluffyness of the the snow as well as the possibility to walk without ...

The second for it's excellent composition, not less than six diagonals inviting the wiewer to try to reach the summit
