Dear Gisli, I think one can understand one is observing a true work of photography the moment s/he sees it, as in your first picture especially The exposure causing the dramatic silhouette shapes of the landscape pretty good composed along with their reflections and colours colours to die for...there's much much to see each time you come backfor it bringing now, future and past together in one's lifetime!I wonder ifyou have already considered a title for it.Btw, thanks also for posting your images using a host website so that I could see that photo a few more times while writing these lines : )

Cheers,

Bahadır

Bless, Gisli. I can find no way for a photographer to resist doing adjustments and pressing the shutter when such a spectacular scenery ...

The water in the third actuation - is it the Skjálfandi? Remember a boat trip to Grimsey with the one and only legendary Drángur

Thorgnýr

By the way. There is unfortunately no standard monitor adjustment. Just faintly saw the below ...

If you have the time. What do you think about the second June 24 picture, made by my youngest son Grimur.

Great photo's. I really enjoy your landscape photos.

Looks like the same location as the "northern lights" photo's. A beautiful place.
