The tractor drivers are busy preparing fornext year'scropacross the road. One of them has produced this piece of artwork, nicely balancing the winter sunshine's tree shadows. Pre-crop semicircles, perhaps?

This is what the gentleman had been doing. He was towing a 100mm hosepipe, carrying hissludge supply,running hundreds of metres from a tanker and pump in the far corner of the next field, leaving more colourful but more temporary curves as he went.

Nice shots and both have good composition you know my uncles here have farms and it is hard work.

I expect your uncles have lots of trouble with rocks, everywhere, if my mental image is accurate (I've never been nearer than Slovenia). The soil here is rich, soft and wonderful, so the problems causing the hard work are trivia like holes in your hosepipe...

...or the ludicrously long working hours, connecting filthy hoses in freezing conditions. (Shot from my bedroom window an hour before dawn.)...

Well not really Alan what i meant by hard work is, it is hard work to do but i do believe is that because it rains probably more over there than here the soil must be richer and softer there
