This is a great photo, Hercules!

It feels like the whole castle is suspended in the air... like a magic floating fortress from a time long ago!

Cool use of black and the highlights. The slight change in colours of the castle add interest (e.g. slightly more yellow or redder sections of the brick).

Oh, Ifeel quiteexcitedto visitmedieval castles as well as the ancient sites arkadaƟ I agree with Paul's observation of the castle being suspended in the air, which even incites the observer for an overnight there : ) You can further rely on the noise profileon your new40D, I suppose.

This is one remarkable picture. The castle loosens from the everyday/everywhere and becomes a part of a story (tale) for people of all ages. Very rare, take care of it
