Hi Steve, fellow Adelaidean (or is that Adelaidian?)

Yes, definitely there will be a huge contrast in the late summer to the greens I managed to capture here because we've had a decent amount of rain this winter (e.g. 100mm just in July).

I guess you meant to say, we'll probably have a wet SUMMER? Well that would be nice. I've been in Adelaide since April 2007, so I've pretty much felt like been living in a continual drought, only broken by short winter showers! Already August's rainfall isn't much to write about... But at least we've had more rain this year than the past two. It means some dams are fuller...

Thanks for your thoughts. It's a good idea to try in about 6 or 7 months time!
