Default in a row

I was out driving around for photo opps as I normally do Saturdays and Sundays, but this time we were under such extreme cold temperatures(-30c) that I was hoping I didn't have to get out and walk in it. This was by the side of the road so it was a good day!

Spy is this fantastic. The composition is great, i love the fence leading in both directions and the placement of the bins and barns in the frame is great. quite a find to see these all aligned like this. beyond the find and composition, you executed the tones perfectly for this shot.

thanks for sharing this. it is one of my favorites i have seen in a while. but then again, i am a sucker for this style of black n white landscapes.

Wow, this looks just great in B&W! As Hards80 mentioned, the composition and PP are perfect - amazing work, spy!

This is a classic, spy!

I love the way that fence is leading my eyes all the way down until vanishing into the horizon. Coming back, my eyes stop at the barn and silos (or what you call them), wander across the landscape to the left and come back along the other side of the fence, and then I notice the hidden sun trying to break through the cloud-cover.

Such details! You can count barbes on that wire!

Terriffic, quiet but at the same time a poweful picture, enhanced my monotone and subtle values.

Makes one realize how far one has to go...

Stunning as ever Kevin, however this goes even above your usual high standards. Basically you nailed it. I really would get this into POD competitions as it has winning potential (no Dustin and I are not judges here, and I don't even know who does that side of things).

One day I will take something as good, well if I'm fortunate!

That's a perfect picture! The only thing wrong with that is the next time you drive around and don't find anything as perfect you'd feel very depressed...
