Once again the lighting makes these images stand out! Are you using a tripod? If so, any issues in using them on the busy sidewalks of New York?

Hi, jelpee -- yes, I'm beginning to like cloudy days .

No, I'm not using a tripod. I used to carry my gorillapod around but then last week realized there are plenty of potential tripods in the streets. Mailboxes, trashcans, park benches, ledges, lamppost circuit boxes, stone or steel counterterrorism barriers in front of some buildings -- I've used them all.

No issues taking photographs in the busy streets. There's always room even for a tripod between, say, a lamppost and a mailbox that you can claim your own while taking photographs.

Thanks for the compliment!
