Default Blue Hour Skies At Vallda Sand Island

Normally I like restrained colours but cannot resist this blue tone. Sharpened. Foreground lightened

That first one is stunning! Was the blue color natural or post processed?

Natural. Normally I would desaturate such strong colours. We both know that white balance and blues can be tricky.

No, it _can_ be that blue. I have that relationship to "reality" that I wouldn't oversaturate

I had luck. The sunset itself was even more impressive

i also really love the first shot. the sky gives it such depth and expansiveness and the colors and everything go together so well. just gorgeous.

Thank you. You put it in words. Suppose that's due to clear eyes and training. Couldn't have formulated it correctly. Yes, the picture has depth and "expansiveness" (good word, never saw it before)

Wow Torgny, these colors are AMAZING!! Alle shots are great, but I LOVE #1 - everything's perfect about this one (as the others already mentioned)!
