Torgny, these are beautiful!!! There is something about the second... just awesome how you caught the reflection on the water yet composing so that ice is floating into that reflection... it just adds to the picture.

If its ok with you, I attach what my mind's eye is drawn to...

Tusen tack, min vän! Jättebra!

Default Beautiful series, Torgny.

I like the blu'es that you have managed to catch. Not the "Torgny-blue" (remember PPB ?) but a different one, so lush and indeed very pleasing, together with that orange-glowing ball of a sun and the subtle toned clouds in # 1

All 3 are good in a different way, my favorite being # 2 for the back-lit smoke-stack with the long tail of steam escaping in the evening-breeze, right above that ferry-ship.
The ice-floe in # 3 gives ample perspective, and the reflections on the water is great in all 3.

Well done!

Ned,

Yes, that's the core of the picture and you've framed it well. Thank you

Torgny

Here the core is even more embedded

Well, you are right, Torgny - I do like it. This last one i really good. I like the mood and perspective, given by the clouds (you must have an accompliced up there...) and the ice-flo'es. Also the almost pre-historic and certainly extinct looking "animals" (cranes) on the horizon, stretching their necks and nodding their heads give ample depth to the picture. Good reflection of the sunlight and clouds. Well done!
:-))
