Default Lonely Tree Under the Burning Sky

The weather has been pretty crappy as of late, so I haven't taken any new photo's lately, but here's one I just edited from earlier this summer.
Enjoy, C&C welcome as usual.

That is an awesome shot.

I'm one who prefers lone trees centered while I think I've read comments here that some prefer them off to one side. The tree here is neither centered nor off to the side. If you have versions of both it might be nice to see to compare. Awesome shot nonetheless. It's what would make me drop whatever I'm doing and grab a camera.

VV, thanks for the kind words. It always pleases me to get good feedback from photographers that I consider to be much better than I. I really enjoy all of your pictures.

As for this shot, the tree was actually centered on the original, but I though it looked goofy, so I cropped it to be a bit off center which looked a lot better. I'd post the original, but I cropped it before I did the rest of the editing.
