Default Winter Sunset

After a fresh snowfall i ventured out into the cold (18◦F) this evening.
This was a three shot exposure merged in Photomatix v4, and adjusted using the Topaz plug-in in Photoshop CS5

The first one works VERY well for me. I like the way the wavy shoreline leads the eye to explore but not go crazy and get lost.

I like the first one over the second, but I like the third one the best. Nice shot.

I'm finding the 3 one most appealing. It has that 'story book' feel to it.
