Default Rockefeller Christmas Tree

I left work a little early last night to take these 2 pictures of the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller.

The place is packed, though, and tough to get a good shot. So I hope at least these shots will spread some holiday cheer from New York.

Thank you for looking. C&C welcome. I re-calibrated my monitor at work last week and found that my pp over-saturates my pics. I tried not to this time.

Lovely shots Vv, The tree is magical, Love the people, it really looks like theres a lot going on but it's subtle as you can see through the people. Brilliant.
It's been a great year of amazing work from you. Really great to see and so interesting to see how amazing NY and all these other places you get to are. Thank you for opening my eyes to this and changing my perception. It's certainly a beautiful place when you capture it. You really should be in connection with the tourist board there.
Hope you and your family have a super Christmas.
Mark

Thank you, all. I hope everyone's Christmas holidays were cheery.

#3) Rockefeller Center is packed pretty much the whole day and night.

#4) The best time to go for photography is early in the morning just after sunrise.

#5) Even then, there are already a few tourists. But not so much as to prevent you from taking shots from all the angles you want.
