Lovely series Ivan - enjoyed looking through them. The 3 mountain shots and 2 river shots I particularly liked.

That bird shot is excellent - what type is it and was that in the wild or at some sort of show / demonstration (none of the lenses that you've listed in your signature look anywhere near long enough to get that shot in the wild0 ?

Thank you frogfish, my name is Istvan by the way

The birdshot was in the wild, I took it with my 18-50 mm lens, and the pic is not cropped, that can give you a idea of how close I got to it. I just parked my car on a lookout place besides the road, and I see this bird, called "Kea" just sitting on this wooden peace just besides the parking area, I walk up gently starting to take som photos, goin closer and closer, untill I was like 1m away from him. I think that the bird was a litle injured if you look at his right foot.

Kind regards, Istvan

They have some great scenery in N.Z. I am feeling bad for the bird though I dislike seeing injured animals, even birds in the wild. some nice shots included in this set. Happy New Year! Frank

Hi Istvan, What a great series. So many really nice shots. They all look like you have thought about your angles and compositions and worked hard to find something strong.
I really like your style.
Tooo many to comment on,
The wide road shot Is Grrrrreat, I'de also like that one in moody black n white.
Love the second from last shot with the mistyness and the curve. And
Shot 4 with the log, the mountains and the flowers.
Great Job.
Mark
