Yes, you're right about the balance. The lense is 17-40 mm on a FF house. Did lens correction for the specific lans and camera in Photoshop. Added the corrected version beneath the uncorrected for comparizon

Minor difference but it's there for the sharp eyes

Wide angle lenses - you have to watch out so it doesn't look skewed or warped, I think
