Walter,

Yes, full moon over here these days (three days ago). Great, great picture. Enthrolling. The boulders look alive. Boulders also live a life but it's much, much, much slower. Don't know how the metabolism works though

Great, great picture. Congratulations

Torgny

G'day Walter

A lovely and somewhat etheral image
I am a pano adherent ... would you consider this as a acceptable alternative??

Interesting colours and hues - I like it Walter

So is this photo from a sunlit or moonlit one?

The pano also works well in my opinion.

I have been "away" for some time, and apologize for not answering sooner.

Thank you all for your comments in this thread. And, yes - pj1974 - the original exposure is a daylight exposure.
Had you fooled for a while, didn't I!

To Ozzi-Man:
Your edit of my photo is certainly not how I see the scene. Most of the "eye-catching" boulders - who, more or less are carrying this picture - are gone. IMO you have done away with the best objects.

Best regards,
Walter

Very very nice Walter! The way that the light reflects off the rocks in the foreground really make it spectacular!

This is very VERY nice Walter. The boulders are highlighted perfectly, ...the background is also very mysterious. Eye candy all over. 5 *****!

Why, thank you, Kevin!
This was a surprise, I must say.
