Default Looking at Melbourne all through the Atlantic and the Indic Oceans.

The title is a tribute to Torgny.
This is the coast of Mar del Plata, Argentina, almost the same Latitude as Melbourne, but you will need more than eagle eyes to reach it.

I like it. A clean, fresh look with the contrast of blue and green.

Ordo,

Thank you. There is a song about a son sitting by his father's death bed in a hospital. Not knowing him very well he wishes his father has seen "stora vatten" - big, large, vast seas

This picture of yours frees itself of depths (not in the photograpic sense of course). There really is nothing superficial about surfaces. On the contrary, ........

To me this is a masterpiece. Light, freed from trouble. I wish I could see death that way

Bright idea, by the way. +1 EV . I'll try that.

Torgny

Seurat comes to my mind, don't know why. It certainly has nothing to do with his pointilistic technique. ISO way ove 102400 if it were a photograph. Of course it's the colours, especially the green, that made me think of the Seurat painting. And the mind set
