Default Startrails!

Yes, yes... I know it's 1:30 in the morning... But, I was making startrails, so sleep had to wait...

Canon T3
18-55 kit lens set to 18
Shutter speed 30s
Aperture 3.5
ISO 1600
All noise reduction off

Shot 120 frames, but only used the first 44 for this image
Stacked with Startrails program
The only PP was resizing and converting from TIFF to JPEG

Worth losing sleep? You betcha!

Second Ordo here. It's also easy to imagine the full circle

Thank you jj and Jeff!

While out making this photo, last night, I identified the north star. So, I'll be getting some circle pictures here, pretty soon!

Not tonight though, we're going to the county fair and I'm going to try and get some shots of some lights. I am quite the shutterbug, so I won't be surprised if I fill my card... LOL

Nice work jeaniebug, nice exposure

I'm not familiar with that program, does it (in simple terms) keep the exposure of one shot, and just add the movement of the stars?
