Default last look at Rainier for the summer

one last view of Mt Rainier... i know it's the "cliche" shot, but i love the view from Edith Creek, and since i'm moving this weekend, i probably won't get to visit The Mountain as often anymore... 5D2, Tamron 17-35 @ 23mm, 1/5 sec @ f/16, ISO 50...

I like the vertical perspective, sky and DOF. Well done.

Very nice. I was hoping to get up that way this summer, but it looks like it'll have to wait until next year.

It looks like a short stroll to the peak.

When I see "Mt. Rainier" in the title and your name on it I know I'll be in for a treat. I wasn't disappointed. Really very nice shot and treatment.

Great looking shot, will have to stop by that area next time I go up to see my son.

Fabulous shot. I worked at Paradise Inn the summer of 1977, and was able to hike and climb almost every minute that I wasn't on duty. This photo brings back many happy memories.
