G'day mate

For me it's cold when I've gotta put a woollen jumper on
To have ice floating on the water surface tells me 'it's gunna get lots & lots colder & that aint my scene...'
Then to have a metre or more of snow .... too much

Why don't you come & live in the land of sun & warmth????????

Regards, Phil

Phil,

It happens for sure that we long for sun and warmth. Wintertime though, with the short days and the low light angles is a treat for taking pictures, I think

If I ever get to Australia I'll make Adelaide my first choice. Why I don't know - just a name that got stuck when studying maps - the many vowels perhaps

You know about the magic of n-a-m-e-s. We all have a set of them

Regards

Torgny

Frank,

Indeed, precisely. How did you know that. Yes, nice area, more of a wilderness area than Slottsskogen. I let my dogs run unleashed at and between the four ridges

The area is Änggårdsbergen, the bog is Axlemossen

I assume you voted for Jill Stein of the Green Party

Really like the lighting on this one Torgny.

We got our first snow back in August, but only lasted two days. Pond at neighbours was completely frozen over on weekend, and has not been above 0 C all week.
