I like it, except for the foreground, which is too "grungy" for my taste. Otherwise a very nice shot.

Welcome to the forums!
Opposite of Walter, I actually do like the foreground, to me the foreground and tree contrast very nicely to the foggy waters. The processing done to the tree gives it a very neat almost 3D effect to it which when done correctly as here, makes this photo jump out even more.
