Novembernight: The very first rays of the morning sun.
Hi old friends here at Steves!
Long time no see. Have been busy at another photography-forum for the past year. Just thought to drop by and wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, with lots of exciting motives!  Enclosed one of my latest shots, shot here in Norway in my hometown of Fredrikstad. This was taken before the snow came to the South. Just some frost on the ground and a bitter cold, humid night it was. Tripod, Nikon D700 and my Nikon Nikkor AF-S 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR - which - at last with my D700 seems to do very well So, here it comes - Seasons Greetings - and a more appropriate picture (may be) for Christmas.  OK - now it worked: Anyway - Merry Holydays and seasons greetings to everyone here! Best regards from Norway Incidently, both pictures are taken at about the same place. Its pictures show som of the moats, with bastions, ravelines, and artificial slopes that make up the fortification of this old town. Actually, fredrikstad is the best preserved fortified town in northern Europe. ..
