Default Can you identify this flower?

Every year, this one flower emerges from my yard. It is the only one and appears in the exact same spot every year. It roughly resembles a Spiderwort. Another feature is that it has no leaves and just appears as single stem. I would really like to be able to give it a name. My yard is over a third of an acre and this is the only one of its kind.
